It is very important to have the same time zone set for the Venue (Connect), Humanity, and on the device the employees will be using to clock in for everything to work correctly.
How to see the Time Zone for the Venue
- Login to Connect and click on 'Settings' on the left side menu.
- Click on 'Venue' from the 'Settings' drop down menu.
- The 'Time Zone' will be listed under the 'General' section.
Note: If your time zone is incorrect, please contact Support.
How to set the Time Zone in Humanity
- Login to Connect and click on 'Schedule' on the left side menu.
- Click on 'Staff' then choose your Employee and click it to see more details.
- Click 'Edit Details' and then go to 'Time Zone' and choose the appropriate option.
How to set the Time Zone on the Device
- Click on the 'Settings' app on the device and then click 'General'
- Scroll to 'Date & Time' and then select 'Time Zone.'
